Kunden-Manager ist kein neues Wort für Verkäufer. Kunden-Manager ist auch nicht eine neue Hierarchieebene für Verkäufer. Kunden-Manager ist nichts anderes als die Umsetzung einer neuen Einstellung zum Kunden, zum Markt. Eine neue Einstellung, die heute immer wichtiger wird! Kunden-Manager ist eine Chance für Unternehmen, schnell und ohne Risiko herauszukommen aus dem Verdrängungswettbewerb, herauszukommen aus dem Problem, daß bei immer größerer Aus tauschbarkeit von Produkten und Anbietern oft nur der Preis und die Konditionen den Ausschlag für den Kaufvertrag geben. Kunden-Manager ist der leichte Weg zur Umwandlung eines Unter nehmens vom Hersteller zur marktorientierten Vertriebsorganisa tion (mit angeschlossener Produktion). Kunden-Manager schließlich ist der Mann (oder die Frau), der (die) den erfolgreichen Kontakt zwischen dem Unternehmen und den Kunden hält. Kunden-Manager - dahinter steht ein Konzept. Es beinhaltet vor allem eine Verpflichtung für das Management, den Verkäufer heute nicht mehr draußen im Regen stehen zu lassen und selbst gemütlich drinnen im Warmen zu sitzen. Es bedeutet, daß das Vertriebsmana gement mit dem übrigen Management zusammen einen Maßnah menplan erarbeitet, der das Unternehmen in kürzester Zeit dahin bringen kann, daß es nicht mehr Produkte verkauft, sondern zum Beispiel die Kunden bei ihrer Zukunftssicherung unterstützt. Wir nennen dieses Konzept das Kunden-Manager-Konzept.
