The private sector is more efficient than the government sector in rendering services. The tax payers who teach their children in government primary schools want to get services equivalent to the one which is rendered in the private schools. The government schools are less efficient in teaching- learning process and are expected to maximize their efforts to produce competitive services to the service seekers.
