When I began seriously plotting data in 1977, software to accomplish this did not exist. I, therefore, had to create my own. Every time I needed something more, I simply expanded the tool, which began as TPLOT for reasons I shall discuss. The second-generation tool, TP2, runs on any version of Windows and is free for anyone to download and use. This text describes how I developed it, what it does, and how to utilize those features.
