Next, demonstrated the challenges are described in an attempt to provide cooling methods to disseminate the high heat flux from the laser diode that had low maintenance and straightforwardness to joining the improvement, at last, exhibited the variety in heat transfer coefficient and the temperature control in laser diode and to keep up on its substrate temperature.
