"Human Suffering is the Rawest form of Life." - K.Lyall
The ashes we carry, the bones we hang around our neck.
The dead that tries to drag us in. The grave that looks like a sin.
Yet we stare in the void that creates,
A well of emotion with no darkness but light that awaits.
What happens inside our heart is the breath which makes us fight.
How long until we need a pair of hands holding us upright.
A heart wrenching, bone-crushing and soul rippin' poem.
A soothing, affectionate touch of the sunset,
The only time we feel alive,
The only time we feel upset,
at the end of very night.
Sometimes it's okay to feel sad.
It's better from feeling nothing.
Sometimes it's okay to look into the dark,
It's better from getting lost in the light.
Sometimes we need a hug,
without asking for two pair of hands...
It's okay to feel nothing, even.
It doesn't make you something less...
It happens. Then it doesn't.
