Katy is a young artist consumed by grief, illness and the unexplained absence of her twin brother, Philip. When she re-enters an immersive AI therapy programme known as The System, she is drawn into a world built from memory: shifting landscapes, sculptures, voices and symbols that seem to know her more intimately than she knows herself.

Guided by a calm, seemingly impartial Voice, Katy is told that the JOURNEY will help her process what she cannot face. But as buried memories begin to surface, the boundary between therapy and control starts to fracture.
