Odysseus was the fleet's finest strategos - the mind and will behind the ten-year siege that finally cracked Troy's defenses. But the ship that carries what's left of him home is running on failing hardware, and the man who used to be flesh is now mostly chassis: carbon-fiber hands, one organic eye, and a memory core fragmenting sector by sector with every light-year.

To get home, he doesn't just have to survive the journey. He has to remember it - one corrupted sector at a time, recovered piece by piece by the one person who never gave up on him.

Between here and Ithaca: a monocular guardian who doesn't take kindly to trespassers, an island where the reward signals never stop pinging, a witch who turns wandering engineers into livestock with root access to their own bodies, a feed that will drown you in dopamine if you let it, and a system administrator with a temper and a kill-virus with his name on it.

And waiting at the other end, if he makes it: a wife who's held the line for years against men circling what they think is an empty throne - and a homecoming that will cost him one final, brutal trial before anyone believes it's really him.

The Odd Odyssey is a cyberpunk reimagining of Homer's epic - equal parts war story, ghost-in-the-machine mystery, and love letter to the oldest journey-home story there is. For readers who want their myths rebuilt from the circuit board up.
