The Hands Remember

Two words. One name. That's all she remembers, but her hands will never forget.

Things are complicated for Indigo when she comes to in a dying world with a broken body and no memories. But when the authoritarian Militia controlling the remnants of the world attempt to assassinate her, Indigo is unexpectedly saved by Captain Vermilion and his colorful squad of agents.

With no logical options left, Indigo makes a tenuous deal with the mysterious Vermilion. He wants to get his squad to the alleged last city in the world, Nova Cairn, in hopes of locating the rest of their covert organization, who aim to keep humanity from completely dying out. In exchange for Indigo's help guiding them there, Vermilion promises his organization will assist in regaining her lost memories.

Indigo and Vermilion are now forced to trust each other, and fight not only a rapidly dwindling timeline, but magic-corrupted monsters and the ever-growing Militia presence that follow them relentlessly along the way.

However, as they traverse across the desolate continent closer to Nova Cairn, the dark secrets, deadly skills and long-buried memories that start to unlock within Indigo are nothing compared to the biggest threat they'll face during their journey: attraction.
