Performance evaluation models are viewed as management tools enabling strategic change. One of their features is to represent several viewpoints regarding supply chain organisation (financial, strategy, operations, etc.) hence to enable an analysis in time and space. This book presents the different models of supply chain performance evaluation for global supply chains. This book allows managers to understand how to implement the evaluation of supply chain performance. An example of application is given to illustrate the implementation of a performance model.
