SEPTUAGINT AND THE GREEK NEW TESTAMENT

This book presents a clear, evidence-based exploration of how the Bible was written, preserved, and transmitted across centuries before reaching its modern printed form. It traces the development of biblical texts from ancient manuscript traditions to contemporary translations, showing how historical processes shaped the Scriptures we read today.

It examines key areas of study including manuscript evidence, textual criticism, and the role of early Hebrew, Greek, and translation traditions. Special attention is given to important discoveries such as the Dead Sea Scrolls, as well as the methods scholars use to compare and evaluate ancient biblical copies.

The book also explains how translation philosophies influence modern Bible versions and why variations exist between manuscripts without altering the overall stability of the text. Historical and cultural context is used throughout to help clarify how ancient audiences understood Scripture in their original settings.

Rather than presenting assumptions, this work focuses on documented evidence and established scholarly methods to help readers understand the Bible's transmission process in a balanced and structured way.

Ideal for students of biblical studies, general readers, and anyone interested in the history of Scripture, this book offers a grounded understanding of how ancient writings were preserved and transformed into the modern Bible.
