In Unconditional Love, Emma and her daughters are set to begin a new life when it quickly becomes as upside down as the one they had left behind. A new home brings new terrors and reveals love may or may not be unconditional, but it does come with a price. 

Jackson's family paid a small fee for a ghost walk in the heart of colonial America. Though many hoped to see a ghost, Jackson just wanted the tour over. His skepticism faded as the group came to the Peyton Randolph House. Something about it made Jackson's skin crawl and he knew that though the building was empty, he was being watched. He began to believe that when he entered he was going to discover the secrets that lay within the walls of The Peyton Randolph House.

Hundreds of miles north is the home to one of the most infamous legends, The Jersey Devil. Many heard the terrifying tale of The Devil as a child, but most thought it was just that, a story. However, Jay refused to dismiss The Devil as make-believe. He insisted that the legend was not just true but was the missing piece of a puzzle that connected hundreds of crimes. With 2023 being the year of The Devil, Jay and his friends will get their chance to catch The Devil or become its victim.
