Lucky Cat

Demons stole Cat's luck, and now they want more-they want the universe!

Catriona Fortune knows that she has always been inexplicably lucky. She is a simple math student who never believed in magic or the supernatural. Until the day that her improbably good luck at a casino catches the attention of something powerful and otherworldly, which changes her life forever.

Attacked by demons, Cat is subjected to a sinister ritual and left for dead. Against all odds, she survives, awakening to a world and to abilities she never knew could exist.

Millennia ago, the Babylonian Gods were banished from our universe for cruelly inflicting terror and suffering on humanity. But now, they have returned, and their malevolent plans threaten death and destruction for us all.

Cat reluctantly struggles to come to terms with a world of magic and mythical beings. She is shocked to discover she just might be a supernatural being herself! Can she master enough of the powers inherited from her ancestors in time to stop the vengeful gods from raining chaos and destruction on the world? The fate of humanity hangs in the balance, so she will need to be very lucky indeed.
