Fahd believes victory is already his.

After forcing Ebrahim's kingdom into surrender, Fahd accepts the defeated ruler into custody and prepares to enjoy the rewards of conquest. Trade routes reopen, officials fall in line, and his capital begins to prosper under the belief that Zanji has finally been brought to heel.

But Ebrahim's surrender was never real.
