Legacy VI

Legacy VI, Issue #8: Mind Over Blood

The strongest weapon they have is the one they trust the least.

Robin's influence has left a crack in the family, and no one knows whose thoughts are truly their own. Then Rob discovers he can do more than move objects with his mind. He can guard it. And if he can shield his own thoughts, maybe he can shield everyone's.

There's no time to settle it. The creature Malakor sent has arrived, and for the first time the six don't fight it alone. Working together, they bring it down, and for the first time Robin takes hold of her power instead of letting it take hold of her. Now they have a choice: finish the creature off, or use it to send their enemy a message.
Not everyone agrees. Torry and Reggie want it dead, certain that Malakor won't stop just because they ask. The others want to draw a line. Whatever they decide, someone in the void is listening, and he has just found out which of them to fear most.

When the siblings turn to their father for answers, the way to him is closed.

The eighth chapter of Legacy VI, a mature, character-driven superhero saga about family, legacy, and the cost of power.
