LAMENT OF A DEMON

From the very first breath I took, I knew my life would be marked by suffering... and by a curse. I didn't understand it at first. It wasn't the world that made me feel it, but something else... something inside me.

My mother would tell me, through tears and with pride, that my father loved her deeply.

That he gave his life to face the colossal Legion of Demons, thus saving the world... and his son. However, she also said that that same man was cruel, ruthless. A butcher who found pleasure in the brink of death. Bearer of the mythical sword Necrosaw, which today belongs to me by right... and by condemnation.

For years I didn't understand why I possessed abilities that defied human laws. Everything began to come into focus the day I met my father's master: Kronos, a legendary demon, just as he was.

It was Kronos who revealed the truth to me: my father was not only a warrior of the Legion... He was also a traitor to his own race. A renegade. A monster to his own kind. But... a hero to humanity.

And then, I knew that my existence had a purpose: to complete what he started. To stop the Legion at any cost!

To forge me, Kronos cast me into Tartarus, leaving me at the mercy of its cruelty and trials.

There I fought, bled, learned... and began to discover a deeper world. That of ancient magic, demonic lineage, forbidden alchemy... and the mystery of the Fifth Element: the Philosopher's Stone.

Since then, the voices haven't stopped. And I... I'm not the same anymore. Because now I know that my blood burns with the fire of a traitor and the will of a savior.

And I still don't know which of the two will win.
