Hidden Heritage

For ten years, Matt's calling was to deal with Poltergeists, Ghosts and Banshees. A new assignment came in a text message like any other, with the address of an old church and the creature identified as a poltergeist. He brought with him a cross and a prayer that always worked in the past.

After Matt completed his training, he had always worked alone. He was successful in all banishments until this case. Something was different about this creature. It presented as a skeletal priest and it was stronger than anything he had faced before.

Nina was part of a paranormal investigation team hunting things that go bump in the night. Things that were outside the normal paranormal fare. They used what looked like the regular ghost hunting paraphernalia but it was all upgraded for their needs.

The church and its skeletal priest had defeated her the first time when she'd been hurled out a window. She had a new incantation that was guaranteed to deal with the priest once and for all.

When Nina and the team arrived, a human scream shocked them to their core. Inside, Nina was confronted by a stranger with his own incantation taking on the priest she'd come to banish.

But the supernatural isn't the only thing that's hidden and the truth must come out.
