Fire On The Range

Fire on the Range is the heartwarming story of Joey and his family as they leave the busy streets of Los Angeles to begin a new life on a farm in the beautiful Flint Hills of Kansas.

For Joey, who struggles with asthma and other health challenges, the peaceful countryside seems like the perfect place for a fresh start. But country life brings an unexpected challenge when a grass fire begins moving across a nearby pasture toward the family's new home.

As Joey, his parents, and their neighbors face the frightening situation, they discover that living in a community means more than simply sharing the same land. Through communication, understanding, and cooperation, the families find a way to protect Joey while allowing their neighbors to continue caring for their farmland.

Inspired by real-life experiences, Fire on the Range is a gentle children's story about family, courage, kindness, and learning to understand one another. It reminds young readers that even when problems seem difficult, working together and communicating with others can help create peaceful solutions.
