In Blue Fish & the Three Rs Plan, Sara the blue fish leaves her home to start a new adventure. She lands on the shore of a small town in Italy where she meets Nate and Lane, two little American-Italian boys. Nate and Lane are faced with a very big problem. They want to live in a clean town, but no matter how many times they clean it, it gets dirty again. Sara promises she will do her best to help solve the problem, but she cannot do it alone.
