The book suggests that stakeholder dialogue can be§used in environmental management within the aerospace§industry. It outlines the history of§environmentalism, the rising concern regarding§environmental management and the resultant pressure§on companies to become greener. The framework acts as an§indicator that enables managers to identify their§stakeholders and their significance, taking a back to§basics stakeholder theory approach. This concept§suggests that talking to stakeholders could be useful§in helping companies to deal with environmental§issues.
